Keith has Group-wide responsibility for the modernisation of AIA individual and group insurance operations through lean process transformation and IT-enabled automation; the sustained execution of Ease of Doing Business programme including AIA’s digital transformation, branch and call centre modernisation, language simplification, customer metrics and mindset change; and the creation of a centre of excellence in project/programme management to strengthen support to the local business units. Keith will also provide expert advice to AIA Group functions on their own change and transformation efforts.
Keith was Regional Chief Operating Officer for AXA Asia for the past seven years. Prior to that he spent ten years at Aviva serving as CEO of various Asian operations.
Keith is a qualified accountant and has held various senior finance roles.
